RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The Customer has the right, within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of delivery of the order, by contacting a Bikšu Bāze representative by phone at +371 29297999, to exchange the purchased item for another item (if available), or to return the item, provided that the following conditions are met:

The item has not been used, its packaging and product labels have been preserved and are not damaged;

The Customer has retained the delivery note/invoice, and the item is complete;

The Customer covers the costs related to returning the item.

If the Customer wishes to exchange or return an item, a biksubaze.lv representative may ask the Customer to provide the reason for the return in order to process the exchange or accept the returned item.

The refund is made within 1–14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected. The money is refunded to the same bank account from which the payment for the order was made.

The Customer has the right to request that their personal data be supplemented, corrected or deleted, as well as to request that data processing be discontinued if the data is outdated, incomplete or no longer necessary for the original purpose.
